Too Tired Too Sleep
Getting to sleep for so many people can be tiring. They’ve tried everything from a memory foam mattress bed to relaxation pills. Some people become ultra alert a night. Is this just a product of a busy lifestyle or is it the territory of a sleeping ailments? Maybe that’s a question for a sociologists or a doctor. Insomnia affects millions of American’s. Some people embrace it and stay up late watching late night tv. Consequently you either lie in bed all day if you don’t have a job, or get up and suffer through work.
But this cycle then becomes extremely hard to break. Pills are not the answer as they can make you even more tired than if you only got 1 hours sleep a night. Try not to sit up all night watching rubbish even if you can’t sleep. Images excite your brain receptors and this makes it even harder to sleep and can leave you drained the next day. Reading a book is less straining and it may actually help you to sleep.
